Provide two reference letters; at least one from a person not connected to your school. See upload link below.
Provide a high school transcript showing fall semester GPA for all four years of high school. Applicant MUST have a cumulative GPA of of at least 2.5 minimum on a scale of 4.0. Bonus consideration for GPAs that are showing improvement over time.
Submit the complete application and supporting materials by deadline.
